Our indoor classes are held in our state of the art, air conditioned HIIT studio at Elements, a mix of classes for all abilities out of the Marbella sun.

Our out classes are held on our incredible rooftop terrace training area, these are a mix of weight based, functional fitness and strength based sessions to lose fat fast!
