Q - What's the difference between an academy trainer, level 1 trainer, and senior trainer.

Academy Trainers – Fully qualified PTs currently completing the Elements Mentorship Program. They are highly knowledgeable and offer a great entry point to personal training at a lower cost.

Level 1 PTs – Experienced trainers who have completed Level 1 of our mentorship program and have a proven track record of delivering results for clients.

Senior PTs – Our most experienced trainers, having completed the full Elements Mentorship Program and shown a consistent ability to get high level transformations out of clients.

Q - I’m a beginner, should I wait until I have more experience before getting a PT?

✅ Not at all, PT is perfect for beginners who want to learn proper technique and get faster results. In fact it is probably more appropriate for beginners because it allows you to get things right from day one. You will learn the right way to do things and build good habits that will serve you for life. 

Q - How often should I do PT?

✅ Most clients train 3-4x per week because it yields the fastest results, but we tailor it to your schedule and goals. The key is to determine the perfect amount of training stimulus paired with the right amount of rest and recovery to maximise results. 

Q - What if I don’t get results?

✅ We guarantee progress so long as you follow your plan to the letter. We've coached thousands of clients all over the world to and we know what works. We will make sure you have absolutely everything required to get results, you just have to follow it. 

Q - Can I do PT with a friend?

✅ Yes! We offer partner PT packages for those who want to train together and share the costs a little. It is more expensive because the workload doubles for the trainer. If you would like to discuss a custom package based on this please contact us directly and we'll help with that.
